i have a 1982 urban express with 6,000 miles on it.just purchased it.its top speed is about 28 mph,then it started crapping out and would top out at 20 mph.i cleand out carb and new air cleaner.ran good for an hour .started crapping out again any ideas.

hey mark know what u talken bout.i have a1982 urban express nu50m only 4000 actual miles. does the exact same.cant figure itr out but all I talk to say the same thing and u cant modifiy them cause it don’t mATTER !!!!!!! I HAD PERFORMANCE PARTS ON MINE AND I CONT 31MP ME ALSO need wire placement guilde.
Downloaded the service manual. It disappeared from my computer the next day.
I did not delete the file.
